Mad River Canoes

In 1971, a man by the name of Jim Henry created his own canoe, which he called the Malecite. He used it to win the National Whitewater Open Canoe Championships, and soon after, he decided to start up the Mad River Canoe Company. In 1975, the Explorer canoe was created, and it soon became one of the most famous around. In 2001, the company celebrated its 30 year anniversary.

The Mad River Canoe can be made out of many different materials. One model, called the Explorer Triple Tough is designed to last for several years. One Mad River Canoe Boat, named the Freedom Solo is a Wooden Mad River Canoe. It is designed for a single user to comfortable power the canoe without extra help. The Mad River explorer is a great example of an Aluminum Mad River Canoe.

Mad River Adventure Canoes are also designed with safety in mind. They are made out of tough materials, in order to prevent any accidents from happening. The seats in all of the canoes are made rigidly, which allows for comfort while riding in the canoe. The canoes are even made in an environmentally friendly way, so that dangerous chemicals are not released into the air.

Mad River Freedom Canoes come in a variety of colors, styles, models, and prices. The high reviews and ratings make them an excellent choice for many buyers. The Explorer 14TT models received particularly high ratings. Buyers enjoyed the durability and quality of the canoe. The ability to last long is one of the best features, and it makes the Explorer a great investment for any buyer.
